Basic CRM using MS Access


For my funeral products distribution company, I put my programming skills to the test in 2017 and built a basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software that helped me a lot in my business. Here's a quick overview.

I used it extensively to keep track of my customers and their non-critical data, but also to store other "things".

The software served as a central database, and helped me store the following data:
